Sleetstar padded into the middle of camp. "BurntAsh, Icekit come here."

BurntAsh came when his mate called. "What is it Sleetstar?" he asked siting down infront of her

Icekit bounded towards her mother and father, "Yes mother?" she mewed

Sleetstar was brimming with pride when she answered. "Your going to become an apprentice today!"

Burntash swelled with so much pride that he thought he would burst. "Sleetstar...whos going to mentor her?"

"We both will." Sleetstar answered pressing her nose into his fur. "From this moment on, Icekit, you shall be known as Icepaw may the clan of the stars watch down on you"

Icepaw squealed in delight and pressed her fur against her parents
